“Doesn’t run or smear but doesn’t thicken” I was disappointed with this product. While it does not run, smear or smudge, it does not provide any thickening effect whatsoever. I have pretty sparse lashes and this product made them look like spider legs. I prefer Trish McEvoy Lash Curling Mascara Jet Black.
